Reflection
This initiative taught me the power of letting the learner voice guide strategy. When people feel heard, engagement becomes a natural outcome—not a goalpost.

This initiative invited learners to become co-designers of their learning journey through structured feedback loops. By actively incorporating learner sentiment into design, we built trust and created programs people actually wanted to use.

Summary
This guided learning plan directly tied learning objectives to the organization’s end-of-year performance behaviors, where the employee is rated by how well they performed against the organization’s values. I therefore designed a learning experience that explains how to exhibit these skills and tests them on retention.
