Arizona Academic Decathlon: Judge Training Videos

The Board members of the Arizona Academic Decathlon recorded the footage for five training videos separately, which I edited and compiled using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020. The total video list included: (1) Introduction to Judging for Academic Decathlon, (2) Judging Interviews, (3) Judging Essays, (4) Judging Speeches, and (5) Timing Speeches for Academic Decathlon.

The Arizona Academic Decathlon has four signature colors that were used as the basis of all shapes, banners, and text in the videos.

A variety of transitions, banners, and animations were implemented to create an engaging, yet professional, tone across the videos.

Across the five videos, there is a consistent theme used in the visuals utilized as well as the music and intro/outro clips.
Video #1: Introduction to Judging for Academic Decathlon
This is the first of five videos, which acts as the introduction to the remainder of the training and is seen by all judges - regardless of which specific event(s) they will be judging during the event. The remainder of these videos are distributed at the discretion of the Arizona Academic Decathlon organization.
